Delivery and Returns Policy

A quick note from us: While it is important to read the below delivery and returns information please contact us if you have any problem at all with any of our products. We are a nice bunch here and want to treat our customers how we would expect to be treated. We will always endevaour to make sure you are completley satisfied with any of our products and service even if things go wrong. Please do contact us if you have any feedback or need assistance with your order.

 

Delivery Information

Chilled and Frozen Delivery

Ready Meals

Your order will be sent chilled in an insulated courier box, frozen. The ice packs should still be frozen to touch (although not necessarily fully frozen), and the items should also be frozen. The typical freezer is set at -18 degrees; the Food Safety Regulations state that frozen food should be stored at this temperature or below.

Lean Meats

Your order will be sent chilled in an insulated courier box, fresh. The ice packs should still be frozen to touch (although not necessarily fully frozen), and the items should also be cool. All items will have use by dates on them, if this is not the case then please contact us. All items can be frozen so if you are buying in bulk then you can freeze down anything you wont use straightaway.

If you are ordering both Ready meals and Lean meats then your order will be sent together in the same box but we will endevour to keep fresh and forzen items seperate.

We request the courier to leave the package in a safe place if nobody is present to sign for the package, if you have any specific dates/times you certainly won’t be home please let us know.

Our deliveries usually arrive prior to 1pm but this is not guaranteed. 

We recommend that you freeze the items on the day you receive them but items that you plan to use quickly can be left in the refrigerator to defrost for optimum reheating.

Fit For Consumption and Returns

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns unless our products are not fit for consumption, this would be only be the case if our courier didnt delvier on time.

If goods are not fit for consumption on receipt of the delivery please contact us immediately. You must NOT consume a product that you believe in not at the right temperature.

If you have ANY doubts, do NOT attempt to consume the product and contact us immediately. We will endeavor to reply quickly but if the reply is delayed – do NOT consume the product. We will then arrange a refund for your order or further investigation.

We will at our discretion arrange for your order to be picked up by courier at our cost to be returned to us for a full refund.
