It has taken lots and lots of tests but we finally managed to develop a BBQ Sauce with no suagrs and very limited fats! Our BBQ Pulled Beef with Sweet Potato Wedges consists of Lean Pulled Topside of Beef, Roasted Sweet Potato, Canellini and Butter beans and our own no sugar, low fat BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients: Trimmed Beef Topside, Sweet Potato, Butter Beans, Cannellini Beans, White Onion, Tomato, Puree, Protein Powder (Protein Blend (97%) (Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)), Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum)), Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Chicken Bouillon, Olive Oil, Mustard, Cumin Powder, Oregano, Trevia, Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Basil – all allergens in bold.
Store at -18°c – Once defrosted and kept refrigerated to be consumed within 4 days.
Reheat Guide: (always stir all products half way through the cooking process)
Microwave from Frozen: Pierce lid and heat on full power for 3 mins, remove for 1 minute and stir, then heat for a further 3 mins.
Microwave from Refrigerated: Pierce lid, heat on full power for 2 mins, remove for 1 minute and stir, heat for a further 2 mins
Oven from Frozen: Pierce lid and heat on Gas Mark 5 or 180 degrees for 30 mins.
From Refrigerated: Pierce lid and heat on Gas Mark 5 or 180 degrees for 15 mins.
