Trimmed Beef Chuck Steak, Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, Beef Stock (reduced salt), Carrot, Celery, Onion, Thyme, Pepper.
GLUTEN FREE, Store at -18°c
Microwave from Frozen: Pierce lid and heat on full power for 2 mins, remove lid, stir and heat for a further 2 mins, stir and heat for a further 2 mins.
Microwave from Refrigerated: Pierce lid, heat on full power for 2 mins, remove lid, stir and heat for a further 2 mins.
