Edame Pea and Spinach Soup
This soup is silky smooth and incredibly healthy! Edamame beans are young soy beans, picked before they ripen and are popular in Japanese cuisine. Commonly served as an appetizer/snack edamames are packed with nutrients. Edamames are rich in carbohydrates, protein, dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and micronutrients, particularly folic acid, manganese and vitamin K.

Ingredients: – Edame Beans, Green Peas, Broad Bean, Vegetable Stock, White Onion, Spinach, Celery, Spring Onion, Leek, Parsley, Pea Protein Isolate, Garlic, Green Chilli, L-Ascorbic Acid, Coriander, White Pepper, Cornflour, Sugar, Chives – all allergens in bold.
Store at -18°c Once defrosted and kept refrigerated to be consumed within 4 days.
Reheat Guide: (always stir all products half way through the cooking process)
Microwave from Frozen: Pierce lid and heat on full power for 3 mins, remove for 1 minute and stir, then heat for a further 3 mins.
Microwave from Refrigerated: Pierce lid, heat on full power for 2 mins, remove for 1 minute and stir, heat for a further 2 mins
Oven from Frozen: Pierce lid and heat on Gas Mark 5 or 180 degrees for 30 mins.
From Refrigerated: Pierce lid and heat on Gas Mark 5 or 180 degrees for 15 mins.
