There is no set recipe for minestrone, since it is usually made out of whatever vegetables are in season so this is our version, full of vegetables, with as little fat as possible and packing a punch with extra protein.

Ingredients: – Tomato, Sweet Potato, Courgette, Green Peas, Canellini Beans, Protein Pasta (Durum Wheat, Egg, Pea Protein Isolate), Carrots, Yellow Pepper, Celery, Leeks, Savoy Cabbage, Red Onion, Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Oregano, Basil, Tomato Paste, Sugar, Bay Leaf, Whey Protein Powder, Black Pepper – all allergens in bold.
Store at -18°c Once defrosted and kept refrigerated to be consumed within 4 days.
Reheat Guide: (always stir all products half way through the cooking process)
Microwave from Frozen: Pierce lid and heat on full power for 3 mins, remove for 1 minute and stir, then heat for a further 3 mins.
Microwave from Refrigerated: Pierce lid, heat on full power for 2 mins, remove for 1 minute and stir, heat for a further 2 mins
Oven from Frozen: Pierce lid and heat on Gas Mark 5 or 180 degrees for 30 mins.
From Refrigerated: Pierce lid and heat on Gas Mark 5 or 180 degrees for 15 mins.
