How we calculate
Every ingredient in every recipe is weighed in grams and calculated using verified nutrition data (UK CoFID + manufacturer datasheets). Cooking loss is factored in for meat and rice.
Portion weight is fixed
Every portion hits a target weight (± 15 g). No "eyeballing" scoops. That's why the macros on the label match what's in the box.
What we don't do
We don't inflate protein numbers, we don't hide oil in the "carbs" line, and we don't do sub-500-kcal "wellness" portions that leave you hungry by 3pm.
